I came to know Christ as my savior at a young age in junior church. The Holy Spirit was really calling to me...about 30 different Sundays I went forward at the end of the lesson to accept Christ, just to be sure I was saved. Of course, we know that very first time was all it took, but my passion to live for Him and know I had a spot reserved in His kingdom was already burning. The teacher at church finally had to come talk to my parents to help explain to me that I didn't need to go forward every Sunday. :-)
I know that it's "Who you know," the Lord Jesus as savior, to get into heaven! Here on Earth I have listened to God's voice in guiding me to different ministry opportunities. I have owned a family-run landscaping business for almost 40 years now. My testimony is known throughout the landscaping community in Mid-Michigan. I feel the most important job I have here on this earth is to lead others to the Lord, and as a parent, to live as an example so that my children and grandchildren receive Christ as Savior. It's my nine precious grandkids that keep me on my knees, and make me want to keep going!
I enjoy being outdoors and spending time with my family and friends. I have a very special place on MSU's campus that I go to,which I call my special prayer garden. There is something about being outside in God's creation that allows me to feel His presence and draw nearer to him. If Christ can save a wretch like me,which I've asked Him to do,He wants us ALL to accept Him!!! I am saved by HIS GRACE,through my faith!!! I try daily,to serve my Risen Savior!!! Who I know is living today!!!! SELAH
